Having headache and mild fever
My wife having suffering headache and mild fever. She usually feel evening time only. Rest of day she feel good. Note: she suffering this symptoms from 2-3 days. Please provide us valuable suggestions band medication details.

Hey Give paracetamol 650 mg for fever , chtting for temperature Need other detail like , appetite , colour of urine , burning sensation during urination .etc

Please check temparature by thermometer, check any sore throat or not. Control temperature by taking Tab.Paracetamol and take cold sponging.
