Having Foot Pain
I am having pain in my left foot only from last 15 days. It Pains more when i rest or sleep time.Actually i twisted my ankel 10 months back but at that time i have consulted orthopaedic surgeon but result is relief for very few days.I have even underwent xray diagnosis which shows everything fine . All the time pain is there but somtimes a burning sencation will be there. But when i am walking or any work doing that time there is no pain. So kindly suggest me how to get rid of this chronic pain.

Hello Dear, Old fractures do tend to hurt for a long time. Besides, a tendon tear will hurt longer and more. You can take a repeat X Ray or an MRI for better understanding of why you have such continues pain and take treatment accordingly.

Vitamin B 12 (Methylcobalamine) and Pregabalin preparation with rest and ankle support would help. Please consult your Orthopedic once again.
