Having fewer
My daughter is 8 yrs old and she is having fewer since yesterday evening. I gave her crocin and fewer went down but again in morning she got a fewer ( 100 deg ) and now she is having sore throat as well as she is feeling cold. We don't have any covid history. She don't go outside so no contact with covid patient.

Continue pcm for fever, give tab. Ldio1M for cold... Wait for 2 days..if no improvement then consult a pediatrician

Give steam inhalation twice a day... Mouth gargle twice a day... monitor spo2 level... watch for child's activity...

Just for fever & sorethroat continue salt water gargling... warm water consumption & paracetamol for fever  more than 100.5f.. wait for 48hrs & then get CBP CRP & ESR done after 48hrs.  Covid test & other teats to be done depending on these reports & clinicalstatus of baby on day 3.

Give paracetamol as per dose of temperature is more than 100.4F . Give antihistamines if she is having more cold and sore throat. Give her more liquids and warm water.
