  4. Having Fever from yesterday. For her.

Having Fever from yesterday
My daughter aged 6 yrs having fever of 99-100 from yesterday.I have given her dose of 120 mg carlpol three times yesterday but fever gets down once after giving the said dose...and thereafter again fever starts rising. Please suggest medicine for her.
