On Wednesdays I had body pain for that I took paracetamol...after that body pain was gone ...but cold and running nose with fever started doctor gave me medicine
But I am feeling fever is inside the body specially head part ...what to do ..

1. Monitor temperature: Check your temperature with a thermometer at least 2–3 times a day. Sometimes the “fever inside the head” is actually low-grade fever.
2. Hydration & rest: Drink plenty of warm fluids, soups, and water. Rest as much as possible.
3. Continue prescribed medicines
4. Steam inhalation & saline nasal drops
5. Paracetamol: Safe to repeat if fever >100°F or if body ache returns (minimum 6-hour gap between doses, max 4 doses/day)
6. Get the following investigations done: CBC, CRP, ESR, Urine R/M, Chest x-ray

Please maintain a record of your temp (three readings) for 48 hours. If you have fever on two consecutive readings you should consult a General Physician. He will advise a few tests and further treatment will be based on blood test results.

Based on your symptoms you should stop taking plane paracetamol and start on Solvincold tablet 8 hourly after food.

On basis of your given symptom you should take medicine DIOMONIC DCA which contain both the PCM for vody pain and C.P.M for cold and runnig nose.
Tablet should be taken after food
