Having cough and cold
Taking medicine wikoryl from past 3 days but no relief.
Coughing a lot and chest seem to be congested. My biggest concern since today morning not taking enough milk since 9.30 in the morning till now have taken only 2 3 times and that also hardly for 5 minutes.
Only 2 wet diapers till now.
Sleeping a lot and not crying much.
Please help
