Having brown patches in underarms area
I have noticed some brown patches in both my underarm area. There is no itching and pain on it. Attaching picture. What could be the reason?

From the picture attached it appears to be a condition called ' Erythrasma.' It can be confused as a fungal infection. Preferably consult your dermatologist in person for treatment.
