Having black stools

Asked for Male, 29 Years

From two three days I am having black stools once a day and sometimes I have acidity with no other symptoms And I googled it and its shows some scary results So pls tell me what it can be And two months before I have done my all test like ca 19, lft, kft, blood test, crp, cea, alpha protein, urine test, ultrasound whole abdomen,sugar, Only sgpt is 57,sgot is 47 rest results are normal I am very scared pls help me and suggest some treatment
