Mouth ulcer has grown bigger and its troubling me while eating.it somes times comes in between teeth while chewing.i use zyee gel

hey, it can be due to metabolic disorder , trauma. stress , etc.. have dry grapes, curd buttermilk , gell gives temporary relief. take vit tab ,heals faster ,have tender coconut , make a habbit of having curd rice at end of food
