Pain occurs in my back bone ,back , waist , and sometimes my legs also start paining , and its happening since last 4 weeks what it can be ?

what work u do do u sit for a long time?? sit in a proper position looks like musculoskeletal pain/ spondylitis/spondylosis etc bettr consult orthopedician.
