Have white spots on neck

Asked for Male, 28 Years

From last one month I can see some white spots around the neck, sometimes it itches as well, earlier red patches all over the body with itching use to come, when I consulted a dermatologist, she suggested to have lezyncet, now I don't have that issue but white spots are there around the neck
