Have small red dots on the skin
There are red dots on the foreskin which at times itches very much .What should I do Doctor.I feel like crying,please help me

This is an infective condition for which you need to be investigated or assessed by a dermatologist so that a definitive diagnosis can be made and management/treatment plan can be formulated accordingly.
