Have severe back pain
I have been having back pain since few weeks. I spent most most of my time sitting in front of computer which is very much below my eye level. I am not sure if that is the cause for it. Could you please suggest a solution.

Prolonged use of the computer every day needs a straight back posture, preferably with a firm support for the lower back. Rightly, the computer should be below eye level, but not too low. Upper margin of the screen should be about six inches below eye level, when sitting straight. In addition, gentle stretches for the lower back, done regularly, will help.
