Have a headache and abdominal issues.
My poop is bright green. I have small red bumps on my face. I also vomited earlier today. Yesterday my vision became blurry.

Ur question is not fully clear. However green poop mainly suggest of jaundice or any dietary changes u had recently. You say u have red bumps on ur face plus vomiting and blurry vision. I suspect any head injury or raised blood pressure.

my suggestion is to check ur bp asap and if u had an head injury or if vomiting still persist then get a CT scan soon and review.
