Hello sir two months before I had tight poop with blood after that I have not eaten non veg done endoscopy doctor said its normal but again today bright red blood I feel uncomfortable in anus light irritation always

u might be suffering from piles or fissure. both above reports can be normal in these disease .
kindly consult with below questions:
1. pain while passing stool
2. amount of blood loss
3. any mass protuding out from anus
4. burning sensatin while passing the stool
any wekaness and history of constipation at present .
ur symptoms r more prone to anal fissure that is due to abrasion of anal mucosa leading to formation of anal fissure,
