My nephew has been diagnosed with Harnia. Please share if surgery is required . Sonography report attached. Thank you.

The report states that there is a cystic lesion along the left spermatic cord in the inguinal region. This would definitely require surgical intervention .. for both investigative and curative purpose. The report also says there is reactive mesenteric lymphadenitis. The child needs to be evaluated further
