What is the main cause of harmone imbalance ? I am suffering from it. Nd what should i do for it ? Plz tell me.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What kind of hormonal imbalances are you suffering from? There are a lot of hormones and there are a lot of causes for the hormones to be imbalanced. It cannot be summed up in one sentence.  Specially when one doesnt know what hormones is in the question.
