Harder and stronger penis
I am 29 years old, and I got married last month. I want my penis to b harder and stronger on bed. I have noticed that it is not harder nor stronger . I can't stay at 5 mins on bed even after fore play. I also want to increase my timing apart from foreplay. Kindly suggest me good medication or aurved a medicine.

Probably you are carrying a myth/misinformation about timing needed to ejaculate. It is usually less than 5 minutes after foreplay, for most of the adults. Yes, you might be having genuine erection strength related issue for which there are potent and safe medicines (i.e. tadalafil) available in the market. It's in your best interest if you get assessed yourself by consulting a psychiatrist in-person, so that a diagnosis of erectile dysfunction can be confirmed and you can procure a prescription for the meds you need.
Next Steps
Visit a psychiatrist
Health Tips
Regular exercise (any) for 30-45 mins and eat more of fruits and salads.

Hello, The issues which you have highlighted above are known as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon and also sometimes ejaculate within few strokes? Sometimes PE is a problem for men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction or ED). This is when men are not able to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. Since an erection goes away after ejaculation, it can be tough to know if the problem is PE or ED. ED should be treated first. Premature ejaculation may not be a problem once the ED is treated. We can help you in treating both the issues of Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation step by step. So if you genuinely interested in seeking a solution for these issues then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you.
