Hard water and hair loss!
I have moved to UK and the water here is way too hard and causing hair loss. How to counter this? I am planning to wash my hair every 4-5 days now, else i feel like i will get bald soon.
Are there any products which can protect from these? I am going to install a shower filter anyway. Please help.

Hello no need of any panicking. Hard water cannot be the root cause of hairloss as it only damages the shaft of the hair and also causes the strand to fall which are already weak at the root. So kindly consult for further guidance
