Hard stools
I had problems with bowel movements as my stools were hard an week back and it caused burning sensations around my anus after that. Now burning sensation continues,please help me with home remedies

Its unfortunate ur struggle so till u consult AYURVEDIC Ksharsutra expert apply coconut oil mixed with camper n seat in warm water n have abundant resins soacked in water. Have Almond oil 10ml with milk twice before bed n early morning.
