Since I was suffering from vaginal infection. I took appointment from Dr bhargavi. She solved my problems with her prescribed medicine but since treatment get over I face hard stools. Unable too pass and feels like I will bleed. Plz suggest medicine so that stool lossen and can pass

U can use isabgol 2tsp with warm water at bedtime. Increase fibre in your diet.
Next Steps
increase water intake to 3-4lts per day
