I have a hard skin forming in feet pressure points like under the toe, heel and side of the toe. When I put on shoe or walk on hard surface with out slippers it pains.

It soars from the images that you are developing corns in the sole of your feet.
Wet your feet every night and apply moisturex cream to the area. Change your shoes or sandals such that there's not much pressure over those areas.
If the corns persist even after a month, see a plastic surgeon who can help pare it down.
