Hard, painful but tender lump
I have this hard, painful but tender lump just in between my anus and vagina but by the left side of my buttocks. I have experienced it for about three consecutive times but not the same year though. I noticed it again two days ago. It pains when I walk and sit. Please what could possibly be the cause of this ??. Below is the photo.

It's furunculosis..U need immediate medicine...... Do direct online consultation  by sending more clear photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment
