Hard Lump On The Palm - Hard Lump Near Ring Finger On Left Palm

Hard lump near ring finger on left palm since 2 months. Its usually painless, except on applying some pressure. What is the cause for this ? No history of any kind of injury in the palm. Not visible, but can be palpated.
