Hard heart beat once workout

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am feeling rapid and very hard heart after running or playing . I did not face anything like that previously . Yesterday after climbing stair I felt very bad like blackout. And breathing problem. I am under medicine for high bp for last 8month. Please help
