Hard heart beat in afternoon
I am 28year male. Taking high BP medicine from last 3year. Now it's under control. But I am feeling very hard heart beat while lying down in bed after afternoon meal taking. This is happening only in afternoon time . Not in night time. For that I could not able to sleep.. please help me why this is happening and what to do.. Ecg is normal. Bp is 130/85 avarage Pulse 65-70
