Hard flaccid syndrome. Is getting sad.

Hi...from almost 1 year i am suffering from HFS. As one day on a daily routine i was mastrubating while standing and because of excess accidentally i felt that from my back to penis everything got tight and even at the flaccid state of penis it was hard and remained semi erect...and when i urinate it passes very slowly everyday with pain in the middle and joint of penis and testicals..and i have visited many doctors and had a lot of medicines for muscle spasm and UTI and also a i have taken ayurvedic treatment...but there i felt very less cure in 1 year and also a line from both back to penis feels like pulsating and when i drive i feels them...i feels tightness in lower part...please help me...my sexual life is getting sad...
