Hard fall on hip, leg hurts.
I fell while rollerskating, my right hip/upper leg hit the concrete ground pretty hard, it hurt for a min. but I felt alright and continued to skate. It's later in the evening and my hip joint/upper leg is staring to hurt. It's sore and kind of achy, it also feels tight. It hurts the most when I flex certain parts of my leg or am laying on my side putting pressure on the area of my hip that hit the ground, it aches slightly when I walk. No bruising and very little swelling so far, I've iced it.
