Hard breathing while walking, rest
Hi doctors I was 103kg in May 2023. I lost 20kg between May - Sep 2023 with a diet and daily running of 5km. Suddenly I started facing the problem of Hardness/Shortness in breath when I woke up on 2nd Oct 2023. The very next day I visited a pulmonologist. The SpO2, PFT and X-ray done & results were normal. He advised me to rest and come back after a month. Then I don't see it got cured & visited back again and he suggested ECG and PFT, again the results were normal. He prescribed me Foracot spary for 2 months. I tried and but no improvement. I planned to start my running by 27 Dec 2023 and after running 1km I experienced a kind of blinking sensitive symptom chest/heart (palpitation maybe) and stopped running. Then I visited a Cardiologist and did ECG, 2D ECHO, TRIPONIN, D-Dimer, CRP, X-ray and again all results are normal. But even today I can't take a satisfied deep breathing at rest and feeling hardness in breathing while walking/running Please support to diagnose this.
