Chronic constipation is like a clicking time bomb which leads to bigger diseases and hormonal imbalances. Piles are dilated veins which may get prolapsed and form a swelling. Only addressing the piles without healing the root cause of the problem may not help. Please read my blog on PCOS. Hope that helps.
