Hi, My sister has a peculiar problem of skin. She has black hard patches on the neck and under the arms and White acne in between the patches. Sometimes it can be cleaned by h2o2. Can you suggest, what it can be. Also please suggest a doctor in Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam.

Hi. Greetings. This could be due to acanthosis nigricans. It mostly is associated with hormonal issues like poly cystic ovaries, insulin resistance and obesity.
