Hello Dr.. My periods are irregular from 6 months I have seen to Dr they told me to do ultrasound in that they have seen multiple cysts in my right ovary and now my lower stomach is bigger and it is hard it's bcoz of cysts or some other reason plz reply

You need to repeat ultrasound if its done more than 2 weeks ago. Also, physically Consult a gyaenacologist for proper clinical examination and diagnosis
