From your description it looks like you might be having muscle tightness around your shoulder;  it's a common problem that affects your posture and causes you to feel like it's migrating to your chest.
Next Steps
if you're not having cardiac problems..I would recommend you to apply a hot bag on the painful area.. also consult a physiotherapist; they'll be able to assess you and teach you proper exercises
