Do I have a side effect free medicinal treatment for my tremors. Is it Parkinson's? I have a shivering hands, legs, jaws and Speech problems.

All tremors are not due to Parkinson's. Tremors have multiple causes. Even anxiety can cause tremors. Diagnosis and treatment can be suggested only after a detailed evaluation. Get a neurological consultation as early as possible. Best regards.
