  3. Hand tremor and nervousness. For this.

Hand tremor and nervousness
I normally have tremor in my hands, but i feel okay with it at normal situations. But, it becomes uncontrollable and involuntry when i am scared, nervous, and tensed. Eg: doing some activity in front of others. Also i easily get tensed up. So I request you to provide a solution for this.
