Is it okay to take food splmnt in preg
Hi, i am 35 yr female, pregnant with second child. Last periods date was on 3rd may.I have thyroid and pcod. I am taking eltroxin 75mg and fol123 MF and gestofit 300 sr. Is it okay to take food based multi-vitamins in pregnancy (picture attached with ingredients details). If yes then how long should I continue with the supplements? If possible what should be the dosage in a day? Please advise... Thank you for your valuable opinion.
