If hand shaking occurs in particular situation then you need to consult a clinical psychologist. If it is much severe then only you need medicine. if shakes all the time then you need to consult a neurologist.

It's behavioural issue n needs psychological intervention to rectify.... medication ...once u meet then only we can decide whether u need or psychological intervention is sufficient
