Hand sanitiser safe to use in pregnancy?
Hi, is Boroplus hand sanitiser (which is 70% alcohol based) and contains 95% ethyl alcohol safe to use if pregnant? Does topical use lead to fetal alcohol syndrome?

Topical use will not lead to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS). For FAS to happen the pregnant mother has to be an alcohol addict. Although, there is no safe level of alcohol in pregnancy. So its always better to avoid alcohol in pregnancy and rest assured that topical use will not cause FAS. Thanks
