Hand numbness
Sometimes my hands get numb but they get normal after rubbing them or by themselves after sometime. This usually happens when I wake up. What could this be

Numbness of hands may occur in radiculopathy when nerves are compressed. If u are having pain in neck also then most probaly its radiculopathy. You have to physiotherapy of neck and take b complex.
