Hello, greetings from Kolkata. As per the picture provided by you, it seems you had a suspected elbow dislocation followed by self reduction. If this is the case, you should not massage the area at any cost. Cold packs would help. But the treatment would be immobilisation for a few days followed by checking your elbow ligaments stability clinically and through a MRI scan if there is any instability of elbow.
Next Steps
Don't neglect elbow injury. it is a joint prone for stiffness. kindly show a sports surgeon/orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible.
Health Tips
Keep elbow elevated. Immobilise if the injury is fresh. Contact me through practo if you need any further assistance
