Hand foot mouth infection
Hi, my three yr old girl having hand foot mouth infection...gv mefkind ds 3.5 ml for her weight 12.100 kg as per doctor advice...is tat a safe medicine to give, does it cause any side effects...will this infection spread to me too...can I give her vitamin d 1000 iu for her n iron syrup on the same day...

If paracetamol helps in fever, better to give it during this infection. Yes you can give vitamin D and iron syrup same day, but at different times.
Iron syrup after 1 hour of meal.
