Hand flapping
My 21 months boy used to flap hands when he excited and happy. Is this normal? Is every normal kids has some autism behaviours occasionally? Do we need to worry about it? We have done vaccinations properly so far.

Just one feature does NOT define autism. If child speaks normally for age,and his social skills/interaction are at par, relax. Vaccination stays has no bearing, why did you mention it?
