Hamstring behind thigh
I got hamstring while playing cricket. I would love to recover ASAP. It has been 5 days since the hamstring. Initially I was in terrible pain but now the pain has reduced and I get pain when I stretch. Please suggest me further action items.

You need to stretch your hamstrings for 3sets of 45secs each 2 to 3times daily for the pain to reduce.. You require a good warm up of at 5 to 10mins before starting your game or practice
