Hairloss in mustache and beard
I started losing hair from mustache and beard in circles. Picture is attached (new and old). I have recently met a doctor & she gave prescription which i have mentioned. If anyone can let me know if this will cure disease? This is nothing to put doubt on my doctor, but a courisotiy to make sure i will get my beard back.. ☹

You are having alopecia areata. this is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp. It can affect any hairy area of the body also like eyebrows and beard. It has to be treated properly for long duration until the immunity comes down.
