yes you can, but it will not give the same effectiveness. keraglo men has multivitamins in it also. it will not have any side effects on men as it is a herbal product. However i would recommend consulting me for proper diagnosis and treatment to prevent hair fall.

Health Tips
Hair loss can be a frustrating and distressing condition, but there are several things you can do to help manage it. Here are some tips for hair loss: Consult with a healthcare professional: If you are experiencing significant hair loss, it's important to talk to a healthcare professional. They can help diagnose the cause of your hair loss and recommend appropriate treatments. Follow a healthy diet: Eating a diet rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals can help promote healthy hair growth. Foods like eggs, nuts, leafy greens, and lean meats can all help support healthy hair. Avoid harsh styling practices: Certain hairstyles, such as tight braids or ponytails, can cause damage to your hair and contribute to hair loss. Try to avoid these styles and opt for looser hairstyles instead. Use gentle hair care products: Harsh shampoos and conditioners can also contribute to hair loss. Look for gentle, natural hair care products that are free from sulfates and parabens. Consider using topical treatments: There are several topical treatments available that can help promote hair growth, such as minoxidil. Talk to your healthcare professional about whether these treatments might be right for you. Reduce stress: High levels of stress can contribute to hair loss. Try to find ways to manage stress, such as practicing yoga or meditation, getting regular exercise, or spending time with loved ones. Remember, hair loss can be a complex issue, and what works for one person may not work for another. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional and work with them to find the best course of treatment for your individual needs.
