Hairline recede after stress n weightlos
Hi, I am 32, I was under severe depression due to some personal issue in mid Mar-Apr, because of which I lost 16kgs within 45 days, there was no hairfall at the time of weightloss, but I could notice premature grey hair on my scalp and hence I decided to get my hair dyed black, I did that on 7th June alongwith haircut and eversince my hair has been falling excessively, also I can see hairloss/receding hairline on the front portion of temple both sides. Also, hair density is reduced greatly. I need to know whether this is telogen/androgen/alopecia? Also, there is hair on the left side on the scalp which has not grown after cutting at all. Can this be reversed. I am attaching a couple of my photos, the 1st one is from March 2021 and the latter is taken today.

U have begun with Male Pattern Hair loss. Its mostly a Genetic condition but certain conditions like stress can aggravate it. One cause of male pattern baldness is genetics, or having a family history of baldness. Male pattern baldness is associated with male sex hormones called androgens. The androgens have many functions, including regulating hair growth. Each hair on your head has a growth cycle. With male pattern baldness, this growth cycle begins to weaken and the hair follicle shrinks, producing shorter and finer strands of hair. Eventually, the growth cycle for each hair ends and no new hair grows in its place. Medication is available to control the hair loss and help regrow it to certain extent. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
Health Tips
Avoid OTC products. Maintain a high protein diet. Avoid medication with a proper consultation to know the exact cause of ur hair loss.
