Hairfall with itchy scalp
I am having terrible hairfall with oily n dry scalp(before n after shampoo). I feel patches on scalp.

As you have narrated the symptoms, this may be not just dandruff but Seborhoeic dermatitis.
First of all let it be very clear that dandruff should not be treated with external application be it any shampoo lotion etc etc
Is it logical to treat by product of disease ( secretion of sebaceous gland) or overactive gland must be treated.
Homeopathy is the only answer for such troubles snd that too in classical homeopathy when physician treats you not your scalp.

Only after excessive hairfall that you find patches of loss.
Moisturise your scalp with neutral substances like honey, curd at least twice a week. Avoid shampoo completely for 3-4months. You can use shampoo only once a month.
Homeopathic hair tonic nourishes hair roots and tightens them. Generally suppliments provide relief but only temporarily.
You can take Vit E one cap daily for 15 days. Also can mix the vit E oil to homeopathic hair tonic for application to scalp.
