Tugain Eva is minoxidil... Usually minoxidil usage causes little raise in hair fall after 3 to 4 weeks... This is actually because it has to shed off ur old telogen weak hair to stimulate new anagen hair .. it's like old leaf falling off to give way to new leaf .. It's actually a good indication showing that medicine is actually working .. continue medication
Next Steps
Consult ur Dermatologist's
Health Tips
continuous medication.. Don't panic u r on right track... consider PRP treatments as well

No..it has to improve... treatment depends on the grade..You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
