Hairfall issue
I m having hairfall from the last 1.5years..some time it stop nd then agin started..i have the clrearly seen baldness...10dys bck again i went for the blood test like vitmin d , hemoglobin and ferretin and thyroid...i i diagoned with thyroid nd ferreitn serum deficiency...thn i went to the genral physican which is near my home ..he give me thyroxyn for thyorid but he doesn't give me anything for my ferretin serum it is just 9..nd as i see on the youtube people are saying yhe it need to be 60 for hair regrwth... Not i m confuse does the doctr suggested me correct thing..or i need to the visit the dermatologist which prescribe me these test...pls guide me i m very embrace to go outside due to my hair ..i alwys use to wear the cap to side my hair condition...does low ferretin serum level contribute to hairloss???or should i need to do complete blood count test???plss Doctors guide me...
