Hairfall from 2 months
I am experiencing hairfall from 2 months. Within a week I lost about half of my hairs. Density reduced to a greater extent. If the hair is wet, scalp becomes visible. A doctor diagnosed me with Telogen Effluvium, but I am little bit reluctant to use Minoxidil as I am confused whether it is Alopecia or Telogen Effluvium! I am attaching some photos. Kindly tell whether it is Alopecia or Telogen Effluvium. And whether there is any permanent cure for my condition in Homoeopathy. Thanks
